I teach Group Classes at a few select locations, each is unique in the equipment
and space we use. Try them all!
* Some modifications can be made within the class settings,
however those with significant joint injuries please contact me prior
H.I.I.T.
a non-stop, full body workout combining power intervals, plyometrics, calisthenics, and free weights. This class is for the intermediate to advanced exercise enthusiast looking to sculpt a lean, tone, athletic physique. There is NO choreography in this class! (you're welcome GUYS!) You will build strength, endurance and work on core stabilization.
Rockbodies
(formerly Boot Camp)
For all fitness levels. Experience a challenging workout that will give you
that feel of going through a boot camp style class (minus the screaming!) Full
abdominal and upper/lower body callisthenic exercises in all the classic and
not so classic moves that will whip you in shape fast! There is NO choreography
in this class! (male friendly) You will build strength, endurance and work on
core stabilization.
