Personal Training ~ Posing Instruction

~ On Line Training ~

Let me help you help yourself. Everyone can benefit from a personal trainer to help them achieve their goals. I still use one myself because there's always a little room for improvement.

Let me motivate you, let's kick your butt together!

I am a certified Personal Trainer who "lives the life style".  If you would like to work hard for great results, come train with me either in person, or on line!  

 





 


 

 





One on One Training

This type of training is for the person who is truly serious about making changes to their physique and needs the extra attention to attain their goals. This type of training will be 30-45 minutes per session, focusing on 1-2 body parts per day. The client will have my undivided attention through out the session. Email me for rates and availability.

Group Training

I will have a set of fixed times each day. In those times I will train groups of up to 5 people. This will not be limited to people who know each other, but clients will be put into a time frame based upon their availability. This type of training will be 60 minutes per session. Group Cardio

Also known as H.I.I.T or High Intensity Interval Training ! Come and have fun while getting your butt kicked in my cardio classes. They're tough, but no one has actually died yet...ha! Classes last for 1 hour and include work with weights, plyometrics, relays and all the classic (and not so classic) moves that will whip you into shape fast! Email me for rates and availability.

Competition Posing Instruction

Designed for the competitive athlete during contest preparation.  Proper posing can make or break a competitor and requires practice as well as muscle memory.  Posing sessions format will vary depending upon the number of participants on any given session. However, each session will be an in depth look at proper posing technique, the best way to present the given competitors physique as well as do's, don'ts, tips and other advice. Provided there are enough 'competitors' present, a mock competition format may be held, complete with call-outs and comparisons.  These posing sessions can be a workout in themselves. Proper attire (such as bathing or posing suits) will be required.

Single sessions: for those just starting out, or needing one on one attention. $50 for 30-45min session

Package deal: For the returning competitor. Group posing sessions. $150 for 5) 30 min sessions
